Started his tennis career at his local Boys & Girls Club. He excelled and was invited to play in the BGC Florida/Georgia match. He placed consecutively (1st and 2nd place). Then he went on to play for Rockdale High School. While playing at RHS he help coach juniors in the BGC tennis program.

Now, he interns with USPTA pros at Capital City Club in Brookhaven and has affiliates at the Universal Tennis Academy junior program. He has a PTR certification.  He is working on his USPTA certification. He teaches private lessons part time.

He has taught clinics with the East Atlanta Kids Club and Go Girl Go organizations.  When he was 16yrs old he coached a 12u basketball and flag football team out of the Rockdale Boys & Girls Club.  He completed a North Carolina Outward Bound School 14 day course.  Coach Blake uses his experiences to implement the FTYT slogan "building players into productive leaders".
